Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and summarize labour relations decisions
• Investigate and resolve grievances and disputes




• Assist in preparing for collective agreement negotiations

Requirements:
• Degree in commerce or related field
• 1-3 years experience in human resources
• Robust knowledge of labour legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver’s Licence
