Northern Computer Inc. (NCI) is seeking a motivated Field Service Technician to join our on-site team in Edmonton. You will resolve issues, perform proactive visits, and install gear while coordinating with Service Desk, NOC/SOC, projects, and account management.
As the face of on-site support, you will document work, maintain IT Glue records, and ensure transparent communication with clients. Travel up to 75% and a company vehicle are provided.
