In this role, you’ll engage with homeowners, manage warranty visits, and liaise with trade partners while responding promptly to inquiries. Your contributions ensure timely communication and seamless service which directly impact homeowner satisfaction and community relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional service to homeowners and trade partners
• Manage all telephone inquiries, responding within 24 hours




• Coordinate and schedule warranty visits and follow-ups
• Maintain service requests in the JDE systems
• Prepare reports for the Warranty Management team

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Organized with multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings
• Positive and proactive mindset under pressure
