In this field-based role, you will monitor drilling operations, log geological materials, and document findings with accuracy and detail. Successful candidates will bring 2-5 years of experience in geological logging, specifically in the Athabasca Oil Sands region. Your work environment will be focused on safety and collaboration, ensuring compliance with project procedures and maintaining high data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor sonic drilling and document activities accurately
• Log and describe geological materials encountered




• Classify and document soil and core samples independently
• Communicate effectively with project teams and contractors

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Geology or related field
• 2-5 years of drilling monitor experience
• Knowledge of Athabasca Oil Sands geology
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in Canada
