Enhance clinical education in Long-Term Care homes across Central East Ontario as a Clinical Educator with Extendicare. This hybrid role offers impactful in-person training combined with administrative support.

The Clinical Educator will engage in significant onsite delivery and support for regulated and unregulated staff across assigned LTC homes. You’ll develop educational content, assess clinical competencies, and promote safe practices while ensuring high-quality resident care. Collaboration with home and regional leaders is essential to identify educational priorities and areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver onboarding and ongoing clinical skills education
• Facilitate learner-centered education through various methods




• Assess and validate clinical competencies effectively
• Partner with leaders to identify learning needs
• Monitor and improve education program outcomes

Requirements:
• RN or RPN in valuable standing
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in clinical education delivery
• Current BCLS/CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
