Three Ships Beauty is hiring! We're looking for a full-time Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual design and support art direction for Three Ships. You'll turn brand strategy, campaign concepts and business goals into creative that looks elevated and gets results, from packaging and in-store displays to product pages and campaign imagery. You'll bring strong conceptual thinking and outstanding design craft, and you'll lead projects from the first idea through to final delivery.

You'll also help evolve and protect Three Ships' visual guidelines. That means setting clear best practices for typography, layout, hierarchy, composition and graphic systems, so the brand stays distinctive and consistent as we grow into new retailers and markets.



Your work will shape how Three Ships looks and feels everywhere our customers and retail partners see us, from the shelves of The Detox Market to an Instagram Story.

In this role, you'll report directly to our Associate Creative Director and work closely with our brand marketing, e-commerce and sales teams.
