The role is designed for a 40-hour workweek, from Tuesday to Saturday.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and support youth's well-beingFacilitate open communication with caregiversImplement individualized life skills trainingProvide emotional support and crisis interventionDocument progress and incidents regularlyRequirements:Relevant diploma in human/social servicesAt least six months of related experienceStrong conflict resolution and communication skillsValid Class 5 or 7N B.C.
