You will lead a portfolio of learning solutions, align with business priorities, and partner with stakeholders to enable performance, safety, and compliance. You will mentor a Learning Advisor and shape learning strategies, governance, and program delivery while supporting Phase 2 readiness and growth in a complex hydrocarbon setting.
