As a critical member of NFI's IT team, you will report to the IT Infrastructure Manager. Your responsibilities will include maintaining windows servers and cloud environments, automating processes, and managing infrastructure projects. A solid focus on lifecycle management and troubleshooting will be essential to support NFI's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and maintain Windows Server systems and service accounts
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain physical and virtual servers
• Execute platform and application patching alongside disaster recovery




• Manage cloud support with VMware, Microsoft Azure, and NetApp
• Provide on-call, after-hours support for incidents and maintenance

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 5+ years in multi-site enterprise systems support
• Proficiency with Veeam, Azure, and VMware
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Knowledge of automation tools like PowerShell or Python
