Drive international collaboration as the International Co-op Officer at the University of Toronto. This full-time role focuses on developing global co-op opportunities for engineering students in Downtown Toronto.

In this inaugural position within the Engineering Career Centre, you will expand co-op offerings for both undergraduate and graduate students. Your expertise in experiential learning and partnerships will be essential for promoting and negotiating international work terms. Collaborating with a network of industry leaders will enhance student experiences and foster valuable connections.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with international employers and partners
• Conduct analysis on labor market trends for programming




• Promote co-op programs at various industry events
• Coordinate information sessions and workshops
• Support students with career development and work placements

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years in academic experiential learning environments
• Proven experience in business development planning
• Strong presentation and coaching skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems
