Your main tasks will involve gathering requirements, producing actionable reporting solutions, and developing dynamic Power BI dashboards. By working closely with Data Engineers and other Analysts, you will ensure the solutions empower Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements-gathering sessions with various stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards with certified datasets




• Validate data accuracy and consistency against requirements
• Coach users on self-service reporting and AI tool usage

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in business analysis or data intelligence roles
• Solid experience with BRDs, user stories, and Power BI
• Familiarity with data governance practices
• Proficient in AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
