As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will report directly to the Director of Supply Chain. Key Responsibilities:
• Implement a rigorous cycle counting program for inventory accuracy
• Oversee daily pick, pack, and ship operations efficiently
• Administer the Warehouse Management System for real-time tracking




• Train and supervise a capable floor team of operators
• Standardize the goods receiving process for timely freight management

Requirements:
• 3+ years as a Warehouse Supervisor in a fast-paced setting
• Proficient with WMS and Excel for tracking
• Proven problem-solving abilities in inventory and shipping
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and valid forklift license
• Familiarity with LEAN and/or Six Sigma methodologies
