You’ll make a daily impactby driving sales performance and delivering a premium, customer-focusedexperience. Through active prospecting, thoughtful discovery, and clearcommunication, you guide purchasers confidently while preparing accuratedocumentation, managing lot activity, and ensuring details flow smoothly acrosssales,



construction, warranty, and marketing. With strong organization and theability to interpret construction documents, you keep timelines on track,uphold high standards in the sales centre and show homes, and anticipatechallenges early. By adapting to urgent priorities and collaborating acrossdepartments, you help maintain an productive operation that supports trafficgrowth and successful homebuyer journeys.

Whatyour day may look like…

Achieve monthly and annual sales targetswhile delivering a premium purchasing experience and maintaining customersatisfaction scores above industry benchmarks.

Actively prospect, nurture, and qualify leadsthrough effective discovery, ensuring accurate registration and timely dataentry into the CRM system.

Serve as the primary liaison betweenpurchasers, construction, warranty, office teams, and the land developer,providing regular communication and bi-weekly build-progress updates.

Prepare and accurately complete allsales-related documentation, including Purchase Agreements, FINTRAC forms,pricing/design requests, change orders, reports, and lot-hold submissions.

Maintain the sales centre, show homes, andspec homes to company standards, ensuring cleanliness, security, accuratesignage, and sufficient marketing collateral.

Collaborate with Marketing to executecommunity-specific initiatives, drive new and repeat traffic, and supportstrategic sales objectives.





Manage prospecting and community engagementactivities to increase return visits and build a strong lead pipeline.

Participate in purchaser meetings,walkthroughs, possessions, sales meetings, and training sessions as required.

What you’ll bring…

Minimum5 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a high-engagement orclient-focused environment.

Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport andconvey information clearly.

Abilityto read and interpret plans, blueprints, grade slips, specifications, and otherconstruction-related documents.

Previousexperience in the new-home sales or real estate industry.

Proficiencywith MS SharePoint; experience with BuildTopia considered an asset.
