About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Coordinator to join their team on a fully remote basis. This role is critical for ensuring the successful implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) across a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for establishing and enforcing BIM standards, coordinating models from various disciplines, and ensuring data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate is an expert in BIM software and protocols, with exceptional organizational and communication skills necessary for effective remote collaboration and project delivery from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and management of BIM processes and standards across projects.
Coordinate and integrate BIM models from architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
Develop and maintain project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM software and workflows.




Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders using digital platforms.
Requirements Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in BIM coordination and management, with a proven track record on complex projects.
Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and a strong understanding of BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud.
In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols (e.g., ISO 19650), and best practices.
Excellent understanding of construction processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
Strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional communication skills for remote teamwork.
