Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Regional Manager – Program Excellence to lead quality improvement across Canadian rehabilitation programs. The role is remote, based in Atlantic Canada, reporting to the National Director and supporting Lifemark’s complex programs nationwide.
You will champion best practices, standardize processes, and coach operations leaders to enhance safety, patient outcomes, and service delivery; bilingual (French-English) abilities are required.
