Prospera is seeking a Member Service Specialist to join our Kelowna branch in office in a part-time capacity. You will greet customers, address inquiries, and strengthen member relationships while delivering exceptional service.
You will proactively identify needs, recommend solutions, and support other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
A resident of the local community is preferred, with previous banking or advisory sales experience and strong communication skills.
