This full time position allows you to excel as a Welder, focusing on production welding and crafting custom prototypes. Your role will entail using MIG and ARC processes to fabricate high-quality metal products, while collaborating with Team Managers and Line Leaders to improve work processes. You’ll also be responsible for mentoring junior welders and maintaining equipment in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
• Execute gas metal arc and flux-cored welding




• Operate overhead cranes in compliance with safety policies
• Conduct quality inspections of welded products
• Assist in training junior employees on welding techniques

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years welding experience preferred
• CWB tickets or ability to obtain in three months
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
