We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive Associate to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), providing a variety of specialized administrative responsibilities. With your solid attention to detail and keen ability to prioritize tasks, you will assist in the development of a wide variety of documents for approval, maintain the CNO's calendar and appointments, prepare meeting and travel arrangements, research and prepare background materials for executive meetings, take minutes, track, monitor and action requests. Here you will have the opportunity to apply your excellent organizational skills as you create detailed reports and monitor financial information for budget variances, process invoices as well as expense claims. Utilize your ability to directly or functionally supervise, coach and mentor staff, along with your strong communication skills, as you act as a resource to other administrative staff within the portfolio, service and other offices, while responding to day-to-day administrative inquiries on behalf of the Leader's office. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion will help you in this role as you support in additional special projects within the portfolio or service, as well as carry out administrative projects related to the Leader's office. Make use of your strong ability to establish and maintain cooperative and professional relationships. Required Qualifications Post-secondary certificate or degree in Office or Business Administration or related field.Three to five years experience in administrative/secretarial experience.
Additional Required Qualifications Expert level experience with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle (PeopleSoft, MarkView). Experience in developing databases and/or advanced Excel spreadsheets and reports. Experience with staffing policies and systems, payroll procedures and financial policies and systems. Experience with supporting high-level advisory committees.
