Side by Side Therapy is seeking skilled Instructor Therapists for part-time, contract positions across York and surrounding areas. Candidates will work directly with children, applying Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies under the direction of a Senior Therapist. Prior experience in implementing ABA procedures is essential, as well as strong communication skills and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA strategies at client homes
• Record and graph session data accurately




• Follow the client’s Individualized Service Plan (ISP)
• Communicate regularly with parents and team members
• Arrive prepared and on time for sessions

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months relevant experience
• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Access to reliable transportation
• Certification in CPR/First Aid preferred
