Property Maintenance Worker
PeopleReady of Upland, CA is now hiring Property Maintenance Workers in Ontario, CA for a temp-to-perm opportunity! In this role, you'll travel with a crew to various properties to perform general maintenance and repairs. Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17.80 - $17.80 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Property Maintenance Worker:
Solve maintenance issues including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
Refresh units by installing new appliances, carpeting, and lighting
Prepare and paint walls
Record maintenance activities and determine schedule for upgrades
Restore door locks and key systems
Perform minor construction and/or carpentry work
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Previous relevant experience required
Familiarity with production machinery
Able to read blueprints
Possess strong computer and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to stoop, bend, and crouch, and to lift up to 50 pounds
