Key Responsibilities Design and develop mechanical components and systems for renewable energy applications, such as solar mounting structures, wind turbine components, or energy storage systems.
Perform detailed analysis, including structural, thermal, and vibration analysis, to ensure design reliability and performance in various environmental conditions.
Create comprehensive design documentation, including 3D models, detailed drawings, BOMs, and specifications using advanced CAD software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers and project managers,



to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
Conduct prototype testing, analyze results, and implement design modifications to optimize performance and manufacturability.
Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and performance requirements for renewable energy projects.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience (4+ years) in mechanical design, with a focus on renewable energy systems or related fields.
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor) and simulation tools (FEA).
Solid understanding of materials science, structural analysis, and manufacturing processes relevant to the energy sector.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within a project team in East London .
