As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with the Director of Care to provide individual-focused nursing services. Your role will include coordinating services, leading shift reports, and recording significant changes in residents’ conditions. You'll ensure compliance with AgeCare policies and provincial standards for nursing practice, while actively promoting a culture of safety and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing services for residents in the community
• Lead team reports on resident health status changes




• Document significant resident condition changes accurately
• Process and implement physician orders promptly
• Communicate challenges to the Director of Care immediately

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required
• Registration in positive standing with provincial registry
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and acts
• Strong judgment and interpersonal skills
