Peterborough Family Health Team seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join its multi-disciplinary team in Peterborough, Ontario. The NP will practice within full scope under the MD-NP Team-oriented Practice agreement to improve access to primary care and patient quality of life.

The role involves health assessments, wellness care, diagnosing and treating illnesses, chronic disease monitoring, ordering diagnostics, prescribing medications, and contributing to education for NP students.
