House of Friendship in Waterloo Region is seeking a Connection Coordinator for the HART Hub program. The role supports individuals facing homelessness, mental health and addiction concerns, with community outreach across Cambridge and Waterloo Region.
The position is permanent, full time (37.5 hours/week) with paid sick time, personal days, vacation, health benefits and a defined contribution pension plan. Travel throughout the Waterloo Region and occasional evening shifts are required.
