Our work includes abroad range of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, Recreational, Residentialand Interiors projects for our municipal, indigenous and private sectorclients.

We have recentlysecured a number of very exciting projects and are looking for talented teammembers as well as team leaders to bring on at the outset. We embracesustainability in all our work and are currently working on LEED, Zero Carbon,RHFAC, and Mass Timber projects.

BIM is central to ourdesign and documentation workflow, and Revit has been our primary platformsince the firm’s inception.

Weare currently searching for Intermediate Architects registered or eligible tobe registered in BC with a passion for creating buildings with high technicalstandards while realizing and maintaining a consistently high design quality.

Whilewe are looking for people who are specifically suited to our immediate needs,we are also searching for individuals who exhibit an interest and potential forfuture leadership positions in our firm. Applicants should have provenexperience in the design development, documentation, and management of projectsfrom inception to completion.

The successful applicant will possess:

Min. 5 years of industry experience

Excellent Design Skills

Excellent technical skills inconcrete, steel and/or wood construction documentation.

Proven ability to execute designideas into built form with technical excellence.

Contract Administration Experience

A desire for a long-term positionwith growth potential

Experience in BIM documentation(preferably Revit)

Must be registered with AIBC
