As a team we collaborate to solve problems, contribute ideas and challenge each other to ensure growth and ultimately success for the business and our employees.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesThe Production Worker will be assigned to a position within the Edmonton facility that may include one of the following:Saw, Yard orPaint line Operator - responsible for operating, monitoring, loading and unloading equipment that paints and dries threaded couplings into a finished product, DeburrerWork in a protected and environmentally responsible mannerWork in support of the Vision, Mission and ObjectivesFollow the pertinent quality system procedures and policiesEnsure proper water treatment discharge is in accordance with legislationPhysically able to lift weights up to 50 lbsContinuous grasping, lifting, bending and twistingBasic knowledge of mathematicsAccountable to make improvements or corrections in line with the performance measures relative to the goals of the plant operationsCoordinate and lead the operation’s workforce to ensure safe work practices and product quality standards are metRoutine and preventative maintenance on equipmentForklift OperationRequirementsA minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education will be consideredPreferred Assets:
