Job Title: Project Coordinator
Reports to: Manager, Construction
Department: Construction
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-Time. Hybrid
Location: Habitat GTA (155 Bermondsey road , Toronto ON M4A 1X9)

Job Purpose We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support the construction management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will assist in both functional and managerial tasks,
contributing to the successful execution of projects while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, timelines, and budgets. This position is integral to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our project delivery process
Job Duties Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related files
Handle the minute-taking at meetings
Help set up project meetings
Collect vendor qualification documentation
Working closely with the Construction Manager on developing the initial project schedule and maintaining the schedule
Tracking drawings markup for consultants and trades
Tracking RFI’s and Issues
Prepare and issue RFP to trades and consultants and follow up with trades for quotes and clarifications
Using Habitat’s temples to review and analyze trade quotes
Help track risks and issues
Help track the project budget
Progress reports for executive and board members
Summary of Skills & Qualifications Detail oriented and highly organized
Ability to understand architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and MS Project
Used Procore, CMIC or other similar construction project management software
One to Two years experience
College or university graduate
CAPM designation considered an asset
Combination of education and experience will be considered
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously
