Tasks
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Handyman to join our construction team. The role supports our site teams with day-to-day tasks, helps close out deficiencies, and ensures job sites run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple sites.
About the Deliverables
Complete minor repairs and finishing work on commercial interiors
Assist with punch list and deficiency close-out items
Support site teams with basic construction tasks as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization on job sites
Perform basic drywall, patching, painting, hardware installation, etc.
Pick up and deliver materials or tools when required
Communicate clearly with site supervisors and the construction director
Follow safety protocols at all times
Requirements
About You
3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support, preferably in construction, interior design, or similar fields.
Owns a vehicle or has the ability to travel to sites (expenses reimbursable).
Proven handyman or construction experience in commercial settings
Comfortable with basic tools and repair techniques
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
Ability to lift and carry materials/tools
