Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually
The team at Creekside Dental located in Kelowna, BC are looking for a passionate, hard-working Assistant Office Manager on a full-time basis.
Our Director, Christien Kopas, is excited to connect with an exceptional candidate who brings a strong combination of leadership experience and clinical dental knowledge .
A background as a Dental Assistant, Senior Administrator or Treatment Coordinator would be an ideal fit.

SCHEDULE:
32-40 hours per week
Days of the week, flexible hours
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of experience is required in senior dental position




Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker and Dentrixis considered an asset
Highly proficient in MS Office
Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
Strong knowledge of dental terminology and processes
Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
