and drive adoptionPrioritize and manage the product backlogWork with design to create engaging user‑centric solutionsCommunicate effectively across the organization, regularly sharing product updates, milestones, and success storiesPartner closely with the engineering team to ensure the product meets customer needs and solves the right problemQualifications5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the Access Control, Identity Management, or related industryBachelor’s degree, certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experienceStrong understanding of the Identity Lifecycle within an organization, including provisioning, access assignment, role changes, and deprovisioningStrong knowledge of Agile principles, tools, and processesAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical requirementsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to cross‑functional teams and large groupsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environmentAnalytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑informed mindsetCreative and innovative approach to solving complex challenges and identifying recent opportunitiesBenefitsVacation Days:
