Role: Site Manager

Projects: Large-scale Commercial Building Construction

Essentials: Construction Degree; 3+ years' Site Management experience in Ireland/UK.

Location: West Dublin

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000

Package: Company car, pension, 26 days annual leave, income protection, health checks, life assurance and more.

Reporting into: Project Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, welfare facilities, and workforce activities while maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

- Monitor quality assurance processes, inspections, BIM workflows, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project specifications.





- Coordinate short-term programmes, track progress, identify delays, and support commercial activities through accurate site records and material management.

- Liaise with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and project stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.

- Drive a solid culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting and developing site teams.
