Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

- Tasks: Evaluate daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Recruit staff.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Train staff.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Supervision: More than 20 people.
- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Serving It Right Certificate.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, Point of sale system.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Physically demanding, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods.
