You will lead governance, adoption, and renewal activities, and partner with Sales to surface expansion opportunities while aligning solutions with customer business objectives.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, track customer KPIs, and manage escalations, ensuring long-term trusted relationships with executive stakeholders
