As a Staff Clinician, you will be a vital part of a supportive team focused on enhancing the lives of individuals navigating neurodivergence. Your expertise in psychoeducation and coaching, along with 3-5 years of experience, will help clients understand and manage challenges related to ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, and executive functioning.
Prepare to develop innovative resource materials that empower clients and support their pathways to well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual sessions addressing neurodivergence support
- Deliver executive functioning coaching for workplace effectiveness
- Assist clients in accessing educational and wellness resources
- Collaborate with teams for seamless service delivery
- Document clinical interactions and resource recommendations
Requirements:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in mental health support
- Valid qualified registration
- Understanding of strengths-based neurodiversity practices
- Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset
