We are currently recruiting for:

- Journeyperson / Senior Welders

- Apprentice Welders

- Welder Helpers

What We’re Looking For

- Open to Ticketed Journeypersons, Registered Apprentices, and entry-level Helpers with strong welding aptitude or shop experience.

- Ability (or willingness to learn) to read welding symbols, prints, and engineering layout diagrams.

- Commitment to shop safety, team collaboration, and quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing (Role-Dependent)





- Read, interpret, and bring drawings & weld process specs to life with accuracy.

- Operate welding systems to fuse structural steel components across various positions.

- Execute precise cutting, beveling, and shaping of metal components using industrial brakes, shears, torches, and grinders.

- Assemble welded frames, skids, and enclosures with dead-on alignment.

- Assist in constructing, repairing, and maintaining custom industrial gensets, datacenters, and field equipment.

- Inspect welds to catch and correct defects before parts move to the next production stage.

- Maintain a clean, organized bay in accordance with Alberta OHS protocols and company safety guidelines.
