Join our agile culinary team as a Kitchen Dishwasher at our Premier Resort. Ensure cleanliness in all kitchen areas maintaining high standards while working in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Under the direct supervision of the Sous Chef, this role focuses on the sanitation of kitchen equipment and utensils. Key responsibilities include organizing, rinsing, and loading dishware, as well as cleaning general kitchen areas. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming workplace by adhering to all safety and hygiene policies while promoting a culture of teamwork and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and load dishwasher; wash by hand as needed
- Examine completed loads for cleanliness and re-wash if necessary




- Report equipment malfunctions to the manager promptly
- Clean general kitchen areas including floors and counters
- Assist with stock replenishment and food preparation

Requirements:

- Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience
- Valid Food Safety Certification
- Clear criminal record check required
- Ability to exceed customer expectations through communication
