About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of MSP Operations to work closely with the CEOs of its independent MSPs, focusing on enhancing execution, service delivery, productivity, and profitable growth. This role is not about day-to-day management of a single MSP but rather about partnering with and influencing great operators to improve their businesses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational rigor, identifying and addressing operational gaps, and supporting leadership teams in strategic planning and best practices. Key to this role is the ability to build solid relationships based on influence and credibility, rather than centralized control,



and to share best practices across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate for the VP of MSP Operations role at the company will have a background in leading operations within an MSP or IT services organization, with a strong understanding of service delivery, PSA metrics, and customer success. They should be data-driven, with the ability to analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Executive presence and the ability to influence at the senior leadership level are essential, as is the willingness to travel frequently to engage with the decentralized businesses.
