This role is responsible for the hands‐on maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of plant equipment to help keep our manufacturing operations running safely and reliably.Working closely with the Maintenance Lead Hand, Engineering, and Production teams, you'll respond to equipment issues, complete scheduled maintenance and inspections, and support equipment installations and improvements.This is a varied, hands‐on role suited to someone with strong mechanical aptitude and practical troubleshooting skills. Your background may be in millwrighting, electrical, industrial maintenance, or another related skilled trade — we're interested in the experience and capability you bring to the floor.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair plant equipment to support production uptime and equipment reliabilityComplete preventive maintenance, inspections, and assigned maintenance workOperate a variety of tools and equipment, including hand and power tools, welding equipment, gauges, meters, forklifts, skid steers, cranes, and lifting devicesAssist with the installation,
