Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the interprofessional rehabilitation team. The focus is on the stroke/neurological population, with potential involvement in transplant, amputee, burns, trauma, oncology, and musculoskeletal cases.You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, educate patients and families, monitor progress, and coordinate with OTA/PTA staff.
