Follow up on leads (online, phone, and walk-ins). Provide on-site guidance to staff, including assisting, tasking, and training team members.Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email interactions, ensuring they feel valued and supported while driving strong sales performance.Manage Daily Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations including collections, account management, and site administration. Prepare required daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Maintain Facility Standards: Open, operate, and close the site while maintaining a clean, safe, and secure workplace. Ensure overall site presentation and operational standards are consistently upheld.Facility Support Responsibilities:Utilize hand and power tools (drills, grinders, etc.) safely and effectivelyComplete minor repairs to gates, doors, fences, and buildingsPerform preventative maintenance on site infrastructureConduct basic plumbing repairs (e.G., replacing faucets,
