Reporting to the Community Engagement Manager, this full time role focuses on partnership building with local churches and organizations. Key skills include public speaking, relationship management, and program facilitation. You will drive the Seed Serve program and produce educational presentations aimed at diverse community groups to increase awareness of homelessness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a comprehensive church engagement framework
• Build and sustain partnerships with local stakeholders
• Represent the organization through presentations and engagement




• Strengthen community visibility at local sites
• Facilitate the Seed Serve Youth Program for impactful service
Requirements:
• Degree in ministry, education, or social work
• Significant experience with communities facing poverty
• Proven track record in public speaking and networking
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Valid class 5 driver’s license and reliable vehicle
