Madhatters Studios is a growing Lethbridge-based social media and marketing agency, and we're looking for a reliable, creative Content Capturer / Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis.This role is primarily about getting the content. You'll visit local client businesses to capture high-quality photo and video content that our editing and strategy team can turn into reels, social posts, campaigns and other marketing assets.We're looking for someone who understands social media, has a natural eye for content, and can walk into a business with a shot list or creative direction and confidently get what we need.What you'll do:Attend scheduled content shoots at client locations in Lethbridge and surrounding areaCapture vertical video and photography for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platformsFollow creative briefs, shot lists and strategic direction from the Madhatters teamLook for additional organic content opportunities while on locationDirect clients or staff on camera when neededUpload and organize raw footage promptly following shootsCommunicate clearly with our team about completed shoots,



missing assets or additional opportunitiesOccasionally capture events or time-sensitive contentWe're looking for someone who:Has a strong eye for social-first photo and videoUnderstands what makes short-form content engagingIs comfortable working independently at client locationsIs professional and confident interacting with business owners and their teamsCan take direction while also bringing their own creative instinctsIs organized, dependable and able to meet deadlinesHas reliable transportation within Lethbridge and surrounding areaHas experience creating social media content; qualified agency experience is an asset but not requiredYou don't need to be a professional videographer with a massive equipment setup. We care more about your eye, instincts, reliability and understanding of social media.Compensation & HoursThis is a contractor position starting at $30/hour.
