Your role involves evaluating coaching candidates, onboarding new coaches, and ensuring top-notch educational experiences for members. Partner with the General Manager to foster a culture of excellence and retention while maintaining a motivating environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach approximately 25 hours weekly over 5 days
• Onboard and evaluate new coaching staff
• Schedule one-on-one meetings for coach progress




• Maintain a world-class lobby experience for members
• Conduct outreach calls to support member goals
Requirements:
• Experience in coaching or child development
