## Receiving Team LeadApply: Halifax, NS: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 30, 2026 (29 days left to apply): R269058**Summary:**Reporting to the Operations Manager (Front end - Backroom), the Full Time Receiving Lead is responsible for overseeing the successful day to day operation of a retail store department. **Responsibilities:*** Provide supervision and leadership to the team members of the department, in partnership with the manager* Delegate tasks and work assignment to team members by giving clear and concise direction, and follow up to ensure proper execution* Foster the growth and development of team members by training various standard operating procedures and processes* Ensure team members follow all standard operating procedures and systems processes, following up to provide correction and guidance when needed, and reporting violations to the manager* Perform administrative tasks related to their assigned department* Systematically receive P.O.'s that come into the building* Provide legendary customer service by identifying and evaluating customers' needs, and making product recommendations based off this analysis* Promote company programs to team members and customers* Perform tasks including folding, repackaging, sorting,
