This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to ensure the effective implementation, configuration, and optimization of software solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Implementation (40%)Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement technical solutions and process improvementsConfigure and deploy software products based on client requirementsEnsure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practicesDocument solution architecture, configurations, and implementation processesTechnical Support & Troubleshooting (30%)Provide technical support during and after implementationTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to software functionality, integration, and performanceMaintain detailed records of support activities and resolutionsClient Engagement & Collaboration (20%)Act as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand and maximize solution valueWork closely with sales, product,
