Cleer in Ottawa seeks an Insurance Operations Specialist to review automated breakdowns and contact insurers to complete verifications. You will investigate issues raised by dental offices and document the results, helping keep the system accurate.You will report to the Operations Manager and work closely with the product team as the roadmap evolves from Operations findings. This is an in-office role in the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
