Support patients with substance use disorders in a collaborative clinic.This role at Vital Path Addiction Clinic features 4-6 hours of clinical work daily, ensuring comprehensive care for patients battling addiction. As part of a agile team, you'll collaborate with an onsite pharmacist and a licensed practical nurse to enhance coordinated care.
