In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain ManagementCoordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth flow of goodsMonitor inventory levels and work with procurement team to maintain optimal stock levelsTrack shipments and provide regular updates to stakeholdersResolve any logistics-related issues that may arise during transportationDocumentation & CompliancePrepare and maintain accurate shipping documentationEnsure compliance with local and international shipping regulationsManage customs documentation for international shipmentsMaintain detailed records of all logistics activitiesCustomer ServiceCommunicate with clients regarding shipment status and delivery schedulesHandle customer inquiries and resolve logistics-related concernsProvide exceptional customer service to maintain client satisfactionCoordinate with customer service team to address any delivery issuesProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to optimize logistics processesCollaborate with team members to implement efficiency improvementsAnalyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvementParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Logistics,
