This role supports the scaffolding crew by performing manual labor, material handling, and site preparation to ensure safe and efficient scaffold builds and dismantles.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist scaffolders with erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding systemsLoad, unload, and move scaffold materials around siteCarry, lift, and stage materials in designated work areasMaintain clean and organized work zonesFollow all safety regulations, site rules, and supervisor instructionsPerform physically demanding tasks for extended periodsSupport general labor duties as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience supporting scaffolding crews (required)Pre Access A&D testAbility to lift 5075 lbs repetitivelyComfortable working at heights and in all weather conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learnAbility to work as part of a team in a high paced environmentRequired safety tickets:
