The role includes coordination with the neuromodulation clinic and assisting with rTMS, ECT, and Es-Ketamine administration.Education in nursing and crisis-intervention certification are required; robust communication, cultural awareness, and CBT/DBT approach are essential for patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical setting.
